Since switching back to this account (I had made the move to using AMP for data and billing but stopped before the move was complete since I was given bad advice, I cannot access other accounts if I use AMP) I do not have any data in my trade activity log - even new trades today. And my depth of market is gone.

This happened before when I first opened this account. It took several days for you guys to figure it out. I am hoping there is a record of it and we can fix is asap. Thanks!

First, with regards to the trades - what trading service are you using? It looks like you are setup for Rithmic right now, but you also have a Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service account setup.

Second, with regards to the Market Depth, you are not subscribed to the Market Depth Data on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You have activated the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts". If you also want to have the Market Depth Data for those exchanges, then you would need to activate the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts".

Keep in mind that Exchange Fees are not refundable, as they go directly to the exchange. So if you do make the change now, you will not be able to get a refund of the $3.25 that you have already paid.

I have two accounts. One with the Denali feed (AMP account) I'll update that subscription. I thought that included depth of market.

The Rithmic feed is an Earn2Trade evaluation account and should be showing full depth - but is not either.

Are you having problems seeing the trades for your Sierra Chart Order Routing service?

We are no longer giving technical support for Rithmic, so we are unable to help with any issues related to that.

Go through the steps outlined in the following section and see if the trades you have made are then showing in your Trade Activity Log:

I have NO history of any trades and new trades are not being populated in the trade activity log.

So long as you are doing the trading from Sierra Chart, then the problem must be that you do not have the right settings at the top of the Trade Activity Log . Provide a screenshot of that part of the window.

I restarted SC again and it is now finally showing the trade logs. It seems every time there is a change or update everything needs to be reconfigured or re-enabled. Is there someway to ensure my settings and preferences are saved through the updates?

They are. There is nothing special to do.

This is definitively untrue:
It seems every time there is a change or update everything needs to be reconfigured or re-enabled.

Perhaps there was a change with what is called the Trade Activity Type at the top left of the Trade Activity Log upon an update to one particular version, but that would be all.
