First, with regards to the trades - what trading service are you using? It looks like you are setup for Rithmic right now, but you also have a Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service account setup. Second, with regards to the Market Depth, you are not subscribed to the Market Depth Data on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You have activated the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts". If you also want to have the Market Depth Data for those exchanges, then you would need to activate the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts". Keep in mind that Exchange Fees are not refundable, as they go directly to the exchange. So if you do make the change now, you will not be able to get a refund of the $3.25 that you have already paid.
