Data Package Assistance Please

What do we need to do, it is showing active but as stated in the email the data for there is no data for VXX $VIN SVXY, we had activated the package last month which they made me update to the professional service, I notice in that package it doesn't have the BATS but I have that activated as well, we had that last month. The only thing I'm wondering is I redid the agreement already but in there it shows an agreement or do you need to have the professional activated from Bar Charts etc. again?
