When I try to open my chartbook, I am receiving a message labelled AgileDotNet. After I click ok, the whole program closes/crashes.

That is NOT a Sierra Chart message. Start Sierra Chart in Safe Mode and if it works fine, then there is a problem with a 3rd party study that you are using.
