Hello Support,

Ever since this past Saturday Sept 26, 2020 I am experiencing a problem with my Sierra Chart platform. It started to continuously freezing up by going into the loop and trying to connect / disconnect while displaying the message about "Downloading Historical Data"

I have tried rebooting PC and restarting Sierra Charts several time - same problem, platform continue to freeze up.

Thinking there may be a corrupted data file, I have shut down everything and deleted all ES*.scid files for ES (market that I am having problem with). After restarting Sierra and opening the chartbook again it loads half way and just sits there without any progress on several charts displaying message "Downloading Continuous Contract Data". I am trying to monitor the progress of this process from Windows side but the ESZ0.scid file is barely updating (few kilobytes every 20 min).

There seem to be some sort of a problem getting the data from Denali side. Charts not loading.

There is literally NOTHING that has changed in my Sierra configuration since Friday when everything worked fine. I am running V2168 64-bit. Connecting to Transact.

Please advise. Thank you.

Based upon what you are describing the first thing to do is to run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode:

I did try that. The same chartbook load perfectly fine in the Safe mode. It also loads without a problem if I am disconnected from the data feed. Once I attempt to Connect to Data Feed the problem persists.
