error al conectar la data feed

cuando voy a conectar data/f11, no me deja conectar a la plataforma, me aparece una ventana la cual dice....currente service package does not support this function. select help >> account control panel' to change your package. esto es lo que me aparece, hice lo que dice el mensaje fui a account control panel y hice todo, pero no me deja entrar en la cuenta demo. espero me puedan ayudar a solucionar esto porque quiero practicar de nuevo con la cuenta demo para en un mes fondear la cuenta real de microfuturos con 2mil dolares. muchas gracias feliz dia |
