I am still new to SC. Are all the services to be paid Manually every month (SC package, Denali data feed, CME exchange package)? The system prompts me to pay each individually (I think) as each service appears to renew on different days each month?. Is there a way to automatically charge my card each month for all 3 services? Or is the most efficient available method to simply pay the total services amount each month vs. pay each one at a time on the renewal date? Thank you! |

The Sierra Chart software is paid for on a 31 days process that is dependent on when you first opened your account (or last renewed it). The Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Exchange Fees are done at the same time, and these are on a calendar month basis, so they renew on the 1st of each month. There is not a way to get these in sync since they function on different time frames. Also, we do not directly bill credit cards, you need to add funds to your account. The one thing you can do to cut down on the billing cycles is to sign up for multiple months of the Sierra Chart software (which also gives you a discount on the software). You can do 3, 6, or 12 months up front.
