el siguiente mensaje solicito por favor de su ayuda con el siguiente caso; abrí el día 23 de septiembre una cuenta demo, pero resulta que al momento de abrir la plataforma no me conecta y me sale un mensaje donde dice que mi nombre de usuario o contraseña son incorrectos y por ende se queda en estado rojo y no puedo ingresar a la plataforma.

agradecería mucho su colaboración con este tema ya que el tiempo para operar la plataforma es limitado en una cuenta demo, pues son solamente 15 días

It looks like you are trying to connect to CQG. Make sure you follow through the setup instructions located here:

If you continue to have a problem with the CQG Username/Password that you are entering, and you are certain that you are entering them properly, then you will need to talk to your broker about that issue, as there is a mismatch between what you are entering and what they have for your actual Username and Password.
