Hello.

I opened that charts for Crude oil (CLX0-Nymex) after being away for a couple weeks (Sept 10th to 23rd) and now I am missing the data for that time period. The chart just showed a GAP for the days I was away. So, I followed the instructions to update the missing data by right clicking on a candle just prior to the GAP and selecting delete and download. This made no difference. Then I did Edit >> Delete all data and download. Now, it shows a GAP from all the way back to June 16th to Sept 22nd, which is even worst.

Please advise how to fix this.

thank you,

We see you are using Rithmic. You need to change to the Advanced Service package for Sierra Chart Historical Data support for Rithmic:

Instructions:
----
To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

----

After that:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
