Hello. I opened that charts for Crude oil (CLX0-Nymex) after being away for a couple weeks (Sept 10th to 23rd) and now I am missing the data for that time period. The chart just showed a GAP for the days I was away. So, I followed the instructions to update the missing data by right clicking on a candle just prior to the GAP and selecting delete and download. This made no difference. Then I did Edit >> Delete all data and download. Now, it shows a GAP from all the way back to June 16th to Sept 22nd, which is even worst. Please advise how to fix this. thank you,
