Hello support.

I just apply to use the Advance package but after I log in on the platform.
It seem that I cannot use all the function that i need.
Can you please explain and make it works?

also I would happy if you can remote and help about the set up.

First we would like to understand what feature you are trying to use that is not working for you. You are on the Advanced Package, so you have access to all the features that Sierra Chart has available.

With regards to the "Sim" in the Chart Header, that is only about Simulated Trading, not your account. Sierra Chart has a built-in simulation mode, and that signifies that you are currently in that mode. Refer to the information here:

Alright I understand about the Sim mode now.
But I don't know how to active the live account.
Is there any structure or where can I find out about this?

We think you are asking about how to actually place a live trade.

To do this, you need to be setup with one of the trading services that we work with. You will find the full list here:

Select the link for any of the trading providers and it will take you to our Documentation page for that provider, which also has Setup Instructions on that page for how to connect to that service. But you will first need to find a broker/FCM that works with the particular service. We have some of those listed on each of those pages as well.

We recommend using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with Data. We work with TT to be able to offer a service that works better with Sierra Chart, since we have more control over it. Refer to the information here:
