Hi,

My broker Cannon Trading had to do an external fill last Friday as I wasn't able to close a position on my end. Since then, my DPL and fills are not showing accurately.

Here is a screenshot of my fills: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1600798493898.png

On the left are two short positions being opened but they are showing as one short position opened and one long position closed. On the left is the two short positions being closed but are showing as one short being closed and one long being opened.

My DPL was showing 0 at the beginning of the day and went to 27.5P as I got my first fill of the day and has been changing inaccurately all day probably because a closed short is showing as an opened long and vice versa.

Cannon Trading is seeing the correct fills on their end. Could it be something to fix in the platform? Thanks for your help.

We are not sure how that order was entered, but hopefully the fill is available on the server. See if you can get it by following the instructions here:

And to correct the problem that you are seeing you just need to follow through the information here:

Thank you very much. I just followed the instructions from the first link and deleted the trade activity entry. Disconnected and reconnected to the data feed and everything is looking normal now. The external fill showed as a closed short and an open long at the same price. The open long having never been closed since it wasn't a real order, it messed up everything.
