Hi,
Could you please help.
This evening I set up a trade copier (Sierra -> MT4) and updated Sierra to the latest version.
At the beginning all was fine but then a few hours later when I tried to merge profiles using Market Profile, it wouldn't merge correctly any more.
Either it wouldn't merge at all or it would do a profile split instead.
Also, I am unable to successfully set up a new chartbook. The data is taking ridiculous time to load whereas before it didn't take long at all.

I have no idea what's going on but I cannot use Sierra at all due to multiple failures.

Can you please help?

Thanks

Gary

The first thing to do is to restart Sierra Chart in Safe Mode and see if you have any further issues:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode

You should have no trouble creating a Chartbook. Documentation is here:
Chartbooks (Workspaces)

And regarding TPO charts the first thing we recommend you do is to go to the chart and select Chart >> Reset TPO Chart.

Regarding slow data downloading (assuming that is what you are referring to), refer to:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, *change* to the Teton service:

Thanks guys but I resolved it.
I did a system restore and everything was then ok.
If it happens again I'll remember the Reset TPO chart command though.
