can horizontal lines i have placed on a chart be rolled forward and auto adjust when a future is set to automatically rollover futures symbol

ok so i loaded a chart wuth symbol fro sept...did the instructions...how do i get them to appear on the chart for dec contract?

One of two things is happening. Either you did not follow the instructions for how to get the drawings to appear on the new chart, or the drawings are offset far enough from the current price that you cannot see them. First, refer to the following again to ensure that you have used one of the options to be able to see the drawings on the chart: Changing to a New Futures Contract Month: Allowing Lines and Other Chart Drawings From Other Contract Months to Appear on the Current Contract Second, make sure that the anchor levels for the drawings are within a reasonable price level so that you should be seeing the drawings on the chart. You can view the drawings from the Manage Chart Drawings window. ok i tried it again...i highlighted all the horizontal lines that were there...then i clicked adjust...i typed in -10.25 for the adjustment ( since the december contract is 10.25 lower than the Sept.)and hit ok....it asked me if wanted to adjust the line i clicked yes.and the lines do not appear on my decmeber contract...the question do i have is do i have to select the december symbol in the drop down menu...cause i have done exactly what you have shown to do and am getting nothing

Have you selected either Chart >> Update Chart Drawings to Current Symbol or Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Show Chart Drawing For Different Symbols? One of these needs to be done in order to get the drawings to show on the new contract symbol.
