Problemas con cambio de contrato

Cordial saludo soporte SIERRACHART, Les escribo porque estoy teniendo un problema con los gráficos de operación. Al momento de cambiar el contrato los gráficos que tengo asignados de 1587 y 10587 ticks se ven afectados a la hora de realizar esta operación, podrían indicarme como solucionar este problema. A continuación envió imágenes del antes y el después de hacer cambio de contrato para la grafica de 10597 ticks. |

Saludos, lo que sucede hermano es que cuando cambias de contrato es normal que se pierda el ajuste o cambie de escala, en algunos casos se borran los elementos o dibujos que tengas. A mi me pasa lo mismo pero es normal, espero sea de ayuda. Ademas deja en la ventana de grafico que haga el rollover automático, chulea esa opción.

si ya les puso rollover, pero aun asi se mantiene las graficas iguales, no se modifican, creo que deben tener un error

We are not exactly sure why you think there is a problem, but we think that you may be expecting more data in the chart than what you are getting. In order to show more data, you need to use a Continuous Contract, which pieces together the contracts over time so you can see years worth of data.
