I am a user of the AMP broker, package 3 was selected, I have the access credentials but when I enter the platform, the following message appears, I attach the image
and when I enter my space on the sierra chart page it throws me the following warning

The account that you have posted from is expired and that is the same account that you are referencing in your image. If you have an account that was supplied by AMP, then you need to ensure that you are logging in with those credentials both to your Sierra Chart software and to the Sierra Chart website.

This is how it is done I am using the same credentials, the same computer, and I still have my CQG data, my account is enabled but the problem is with sierra since with the amp support they tell me to contact you, the problem arose from now on from today
