Sometimes, at 9:30 AM Eastern, my chart will freeze after the first few seconds. I have to restart SC to get data to again print normally. I have only ever seen this happen a few seconds off RTH open.

Can you offer any insight into why this is happening and how to keep it from happening in the future?

Thanks,

Michael

SC Support, any thoughts? This happened again this AM. Its annoying bc I can't put on a trade around the open bc this issue may or may not rear its head.

Thanks,

Michael

You definitely do not need to do this.

If you wanted to reconnect to the data feed you could and that would be the most you would ever want to do:

Thanks,

Michael
