unable to get rid of error message when opening chartbook

I've been trying to get rid of this error message for a while but can't figure out what's causing it. I closed the bonds chart, the redid it completely but error is still there. Can you please assist? pic attacched |

What is the error message specifically? We do not see anything in usual in that log.

that's the error, the log keeps coming up every time i open the chartbook
