Hi. For the last ten days, since September 1, 2020, I have been getting an approximate twenty second delay from the 6:30 a.m. (Los Angeles Time) market opening in New York, before real time data starts streaming, and then immediately catches up to the actual real time. I tried every suggestion from "Help/Frequently Asked Questions" Help topic 4: Prices / Data Falling Behind. I have been using the "Use Low Bandwidth For DTC Real-Time Data", both before and after September 1st. I am using the YM 5-second chart, ES 5-second chart, and RTY 1-second chart. The real time data comes through perfectly with no delay, each and every second right up to the 6:30 a.m. (Los Angeles Time) market open, as well as right after this twenty second delay I am experiencing. Do you have any suggestions on how to eliminate this delay at 6:30 a.m., and why it began September 1st? Thank you.

We have had some other reports of this. And there are some things we are doing to help with this.

We believe the issue is due to TCP flow control.
