I am getting the following issue:
"-NOTICE: Your computer clock is off by 65.000000238419 seconds. Check it and refer to help topic 38 for further information."

I checked help topic 38 and made sure my computer clock, the Time Zone settings in Windows and the Time Zone settings in Sierra Chart (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings) all match to +7 UTC time zone. I'm using Denali data feed so there is no option to tick on/off the "Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock" in the Service Settings.

The "Main Window Title Bar Date and Time" match my computer clock.

I'm using windows 8.1 and Sierra Chart 2163 64x.

I also attach the message log.

What could be the issue and how to fix this?

Thanks.

Restart Sierra Chart and still see if you are getting that message.

I tried restarting Sierra Chart and also tried restarting my computer. I'm still getting this message (showing slight different "time off" number).

Actually we read what you wrote again, your computer clock is definitely off. This is with certainty.

Check it again.

Attached is a screenshot of the computer clock and Time Zone settings in windows. They are in sync as you can see (the one second difference is because in Windows Settings the clock remain static after you open the settings page).

Anything else I should check and/or do to fix this? Iv'e done everything you mentioned in help topic 38.

It appears that you are correct and my system is failing to sync to the correct time. I'm seeing this issue:
https://prnt.sc/uev9od

I tried fixing it using any solution I found online with no luck. Then I found out that when I am connected to a VPN, it sync properly and the time is correct:
https://prnt.sc/uevaev

Disconnecting from the VPN bring up the same problem of not being able to sync.

I tried finding a solution for few hours already but nothing seems to work.

Any chance you know what might be the problem or how to fix it?

Thanks

I just want to confirm that I resolved the issue and help is no longer needed.

Just in case anyone facing the same issue in the future and seeing this thread:
Windows rely on NTP server via port UDP 123 to synchronize the time on your computer. For some reason my ISP blocked this port as a default which cause my computer time to be off by ~1 minute (it didn't synchronized properly). I had to go to my modem/router settings and allow port UDP 123 to pass the firewall, and also do Port Forwarding and Port Triggering for this port. This resolved the issue.

Try this software:

Works like a charm.
