Attached is a screenshot of the computer clock and Time Zone settings in windows. They are in sync as you can see (the one second difference is because in Windows Settings the clock remain static after you open the settings page). Anything else I should check and/or do to fix this? Iv'e done everything you mentioned in help topic 38.
