I had problems after upgrading to 1086 similar to: OEC and ver1081

The market depth would only show best bid/ask not the 10 levels each. I think it is getting it from IQFeed rather than from OEC.

So I downgraded to v1078. I still have similar problem after that. Here is the image from v1078. The market depth shows only two levels and they are combined in one column (my settings are to show bids and asks in two separate columns). See: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1391607207464.png

My Message Log shows it is still connecting to the "FIX/FAST" connection instead of the traditional OEC connection which is my vague recollection from before the upgrade. Here is the log:
Open E Cry FIX/FAST: Connecting to serverprod.openecry.com. | 2014-02-05 08:41:37
Open E Cry FIX/FAST: Connected. | 2014-02-05 08:41:37
Open E Cry FIX/FAST - Starting real-time market data updates for: ESH4 | 2014-02-05 08:41:37
Open E Cry tick subscription ID: 14 | 2014-02-05 08:41:37

My Symbol is @ES#C (from IQFeed remote instance) and Trade and Current Quote Symbol is ESH4 (from OEC). What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

That is a very long thread with a lot discussed. It does not help us to say you had a similar problem. What exactly, please?.

Not sure why they the bid and ask size data would be in one column. Check the configuration in Global Settings >> Customize Chart DOM Columns.

Uncheck Global Settings >> General Settings>> Use Non-Chart Data from Remote Instances to use the depth from OEC.

Even though you see "Open E Cry FIX/FAST " in 1078, it is using the old connection method.

Here are the current settings (no changes were made):

Check the configuration in Global Settings >> Customize Chart DOM Columns.

I am sorry I misread your reply.
Uncheck Global Settings >> General Settings>> Use Non-Chart Data from Remote Instances
This seems to have fixed the DOM. Thanks.

This is good.

I would appreciate if you can publish the list of symbols (symbol, name, etc.) available with your service. I don't have an immediate need for this but I wasn't able to find that information earlier on your website. Just FYI.

Thanks.

In the case of the CME, all symbols are available except spreads and contracts which are considered pit traded but we do not know anyone who's ever asked us about a pit traded contract. One symbol that may be considered pit traded like the SP, is available.

We have all the symbols for ICE and EUREX.

Today we are adding NYSE LIFFE US and Euronext LIFFE.
