Trade Activity Log and Show Order Fill and Show Order Positions

I am using version 2050 (64 bit version) of Sierra Charts. I have tried to enable the Trade Activity Log as per Trade Activity Log

I also expected to see my charts updated with Show Order Fills and Show Order Positions on the charts. Nothing is displayed on the charts and no data is available in the Trade Activity Log.

If you are referring to non-simulated order fills we have no control over that.

Also Show Order Fill and Show Order Positions is ticked but these lines are not shown on the charts.

I have followed the instructions but the orders are not shown on my charts.

Are you entering the orders from this chart? Or are you entering the orders outside of Sierra Chart?

When I place a trade from within the chart I get the error:

Make sure Disable Orders Connection is set to False in:

Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting

And then reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Thank you. The orders appear on the charts and the activity is now also available in the Trade Activity Log so both issues are solved.
