YM problem with Crossland/TT

For last few days, YM intraday chart does not load properly. Checked with Crossland and they say there is no problem on their end. They said to use the CBOT Gateway.(FWIW: Yesterday I did not have the problem today it is there, the day before yesterday I had to use Iqfeed for backfill) Loading YM from Iqfeed and then using Alterante Real-Time Update Symbol from TT gets me a round the problem but should be able to load backfill from TT. When loading from Iqfeed using the same chart settings as the TT chart that doesn't load. V965 loaded on 4/15 but problem was in previous, also.

Just opened a new intraday chart using TT symbol, still no backfill. 1 day loading-1 min bars v965,closed and resarted SC.

Yes, SC resolved the problem. Intraday backfill has been available on TT, there are limitations and deficiencies that have been documented in other threads. Be sure to check the Old Support board for more discussions.
