RESOLVED: Ask Price not Updating on Bid/Ask Updates for some Services/Versions

If you are running a version of Sierra Chart earlier than 2151, and were connected to certain Sierra Chart data servers, and using the Sierra Chart Forex data feed, or the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, or the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and were not accessing market depth data, the Ask price was not updating. This issue was resolved earlier today, 2020-08-25. This issue did not affect market depth data. If you were receiving market depth data for a particular symbol you would have not been affected by the issue for that particular symbol. This issue only affected connections to some servers. Not all. Following paragraph corrected: This issue began August 23 due to a software update on our servers to support microsecond time stamping. This was tested with older versions of Sierra Chart, but it was not noticed that the Ask price was not updating. This was due to a small programming error. This has been resolved. Historical data on the servers has not been affected. Historical data in your own charts has not been affected unless it is a Forex symbol like EURUSD. In this case we recommend re-downloading the data since August 21 to be on the safe side, for cash Forex Intraday charts only (like EURUSD). No other symbols would be affected and futures symbols were not affected.
