Hi, I am having connection issue with my SC. It seems that the data from 20-Aug 1230 Eastern time to 21-Aug 0300 Eastern time does not get loaded to my SC charts. Could you advise? I kept receiving message of disconnect and reconnect at the moment as well. My internet is working normal. |

I have submitted the message log using "Send for Analysis" at 4:37 am EST time. I no longer have intermittent data connection issue now. But there is a gap on all my charts which show no data at all. The lost data is between 20-Aug 12:30 pm EST to 21-Aug 03:00 am EST time. Attempted to restart and also re-download the data but it does not help.
