Hi,

I place my orders on the chart.
Limit orders, at different price levels, with an attached stop and target for each

I select "Support Scale in" and "Support Scale Out" on the trade window for chart

Sometimes as the limit orders are triggered, the associated stops and targets are grouped together (which is what I want with scale in/scale out)
However, other times the individual stops and targets will remain.
So I end up with many different stops and targets for each contract, they are not grouped together

I do exactly the same thing each time
Why does the "scale in/scale out" function sometimes work, and others not?

Thanks

I have discovered if I leave orders on the chart to fill, the scale in/scale out function works fine.
However, If I MOVE the limit order on the chart, then it fills, then the scale in/scale out function does not work.

Is this a known problem/feature? Is there something I can do to correct it?

Thanks

One thing to be aware of is that orders that scale in, are not going to perform a scale in, if the existing Attached Orders are not in an Open state. Meaning that the parent order of those Attached Orders have not yet filled.

There is definitely not this problem:

However, If I MOVE the limit order on the chart, then it fills, then the scale in/scale out function does not work.
