One thing to be aware of is that orders that scale in, are not going to perform a scale in, if the existing Attached Orders are not in an Open state. Meaning that the parent order of those Attached Orders have not yet filled. There is definitely not this problem: However, If I MOVE the limit order on the chart, then it fills, then the scale in/scale out function does not work.
