Time Frame Problem

The time frame on the bottom of some of my charts are not posting instead they show 0-00H and 0:00 across the bottom of the charts. For example, on the EUR/USD it shows 0:00H no matter what time frame vs The GBP/JPY for example that shows time frame. See attached image.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
