I just updated to a newer version and I noticed the custom study Zig Zag High/Low was removed from my chart and it isn't shown as available. Where is it and when are you going to reinstate it and why was it removed? I also noticed a message within my studies to graph of the custom study saying that : "The custom study C:/SieraChartData\UserContributedStudies_64dll requires version 2149 or higher of Sierra ChartCurrent Version 2150 / 0ms / CalcOrder: 10" I have a version higher than 2149? Maybe I should try to reinstall it as the software kept freezing while trying to update with the intermittent error message that it was "unresponsive."
I reinstalled the previous version 2038 and the study is back. Apparently, there is a problem with the 2050 version upgrade? Also, I just noticed your post "Version 2151 Available: Foundation For Millisecond/Microsecond Timestamping." But I wonder if update 2051 will work on custom studies? The message there says that the developers need to first recompile them to the 2051 version. I think Sierra should automatically recompile all the custom studies instead of waiting for the custom providers. If they don't update it them, then its a disservice to the users.

You need to update to prerelease 2151 to have access to User Contributed Studies. Instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

Or rollback to an earlier version:
Software Download: Software Rollback Procedure

I think Sierra should automatically recompile all the custom studies instead of waiting for the custom providers.
We cannot. We do not have access to the source code. And besides it is the responsibility of other outside developers to be responsible for their own code.
