I've just signed up with the FXCM live trading service and when I've been trading today I've noticed the data is quite laggy. When watching the clock on the screen it is literally jumping between 2 to 4 seconds in one go multiple times per minute. Do you know what might be causing this? (I hadn't noticed any lag when I was using the FXCM free data). thank you |

I have spoken to FXCM 3 times and they say that everything has been set up correctly, so the delayed data is being caused elsewhere. I have just done the delete, reload all data thing to purge it and it has taken over 20 minutes!! There's a problem somewhere can you investigate please. |
