Sierra chart keeps freezing

Hello,
The last couple of days my charting platform keeps freezing. It seems to mainly happen when I enter a trade. But at other times as well. It has taken up to a minute or more for data to resume as normal. Not sure why this is happening all of a sudden but it happened many times yesterday and has already happened today again. Do you have any possible solutions? My Sierra Chart version is 2135

Was this a known issue then with the older version that should be fixed with the update? It's pretty nerve wracking when in a trade and I have no idea whats going on for that long.

We now see that you are using Transact and this must be a problem with the data feed.

When you say freezing, you are not really describing the issue as we would. Basically you are experiencing a data feed issue where charts are no longer updating.

This is a Transact issue and we cannot help with it.

There was a very rare condition, that we did resolve involving a deadlock that arose in a recent version. But that is not what you are experiencing. If that happens Sierra Chart becomes completely inoperable, and cannot be interacted with and has to be terminated.
