We now see that you are using Transact and this must be a problem with the data feed. When you say freezing, you are not really describing the issue as we would. Basically you are experiencing a data feed issue where charts are no longer updating. This is a Transact issue and we cannot help with it. There was a very rare condition, that we did resolve involving a deadlock that arose in a recent version. But that is not what you are experiencing.
