Hi SC, gold futures are showing missing volume and always for the same time period. I have tried the usual delete and download as well as updating the symbol, but this happened after upgrading to 1085. Screenshot attached. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1391170130333.png |

There was one contract month which is not actively traded in gold which was listed in the Interactive Brokers symbol settings. It has been removed. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings When that is done , then go to that chart and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate. Hi SC, I performed the suggested remedy and yes, the data is now available, but there is still missing data out of Feb. 2011 and half of March 2011. I have attached a screenshot for your review. We need to replace those affected GC data files on the server. That will be done tomorrow.

sc, during my back-testing I have noticed data missing for GC from 28.07.2011-29.07.2011. Could you please check? thx as always.
