Simple Alert not loading to Alert Manager Log

I am seeking to perform the most basic task of setting a simple alert on a custom study. The first time I loaded the alert(s) it loaded to the Alert Manager Log section just as it was supposed to. However, I needed to delete it from the log because it was not exactly what I wanted. I have gone back to the Alert tab on the study and entered what I want (SG30=TRUE) and hit apply, but it will not post to the Alert Manager Log. I have closed out and reloaded and done all I know to make it work but I cannot get a simple alert to "apply". Any ideas?

This would mean that particular Formula expression is not true. To help understand what is happening you need to enable this Alert Setting:
