hello
iam new to sierra and i want to pay my monthly subscription through my sierra balance and not through My AMP trading balance.
i contacted AMP and they told me i should talk to sierra.

The first thing you need to do is to tell AMP that you no longer want to pay for Sierra Chart through them and then let us know when that is done and we will do the next step.

Ok now you are able to pay for your Sierra Chart account directly.

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

You can also go to this page in your browser:

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update" button.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:

i did as you refered to, but im sorry i changed the service to package 3 by mistake and then changed to package 5 and directely it payed 26 USD plus 36 usd, now i need to add 12 dollars it says, i dont want package 3, i want package 5 but i already payed for 3 without knowing, so please make refund so i can pay again or take 10 dollars from my balance.

With the way that Service Package billing is done, it is not possible to overpay. All of this was managed correctly. You are on the Advanced Service Package and did not pay twice.

yes i couldnt pay the second time because i dont have enough money in my balance, i want package 5 and not 3 ok? i have nothing to do with package 3 the studies i need doesnt exist there, so please change it

but why my usage time will automatically renew in 23 days (2020-08-22) and not in 2020 09 01 ? i payed for a month not 23 days
