We have made a formal decision that we no longer want you as a customer. We are terminating further support for you.

With the amount of support we have provided you over the months we are not doing a refund.

We have a good solution for you involving our new Sierra Chart order routing service but you want to stay with Transact and that is fine but we do not want you as a customer. We cannot provide you an inordinate amount of support.


We have told you multiple times, to use our Sierra Chart order routing service but you consistently decline. We also have this easy solution which we have referred you to previously and here it is again:
