Hello,

I am trying to learn orderflow and wanting to look at the DOM for several different instruments that I usually trade.

When I load USoil Crude WTI, I can't see any of bid and ask data but just 1 on each side. I also cannot see any data in Forex. It does however show me the data for the E-Mini S&P 500 futures contracts.

Please can someone help why there is a lack of data in other instruments mentioned above.

Thanks a lot.

USOil is a CFD and has no market depth data. You must use futures data only for market depth data. Use the Delayed Exchange Data Feed mentioned below.

First, be aware of what Real-Time data is available with Sierra Chart at no additional cost:
Real-Time Data

In addition, you have access to the Delayed Streaming data from the CME Group. Refer to the following:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

Finally, refer to the following in terms of getting real-time futures data:

Hello,

Thanks a lot for your response, I managed to get access to delayed feed. However, the DOM only shows pending orders. If the market is open, can you see live orders in a separate column?

Thank you in advance for your help.

We do not understand the question. Are you referring to market depth data?

Hi, Yes, I mean the data, see the two pictures attached. I cant see the live market orders coming in like on the other picture.

Also, just one more question please, I can't see any data for NYU20, which comes under futures, is there a reason for that? Like I can see data for CLU20, so I would have thought I can see NYU20 too?

Thanks a lot.
