Hello, I got following technical issues with SC: 1) I use two monitors with several SC screens. When I move my coursor from the main monitor to the second and hover over another SC screen the SC screen on main monitor stars scrolling backwards in history (as if I would click on the x axis and move it to the left). It started today 2) I have set my symbol global settings for markets which I trade so the instruments on demo account have also commision for RT. This settings disapears from time to time, even when I uncheck "owerwrite existing settings when updated from server" |

Hint: All the windows are linked together. So if I move one window by clicking on x axis it is ok that all the windows start to scroll. However now I hover only with global cursor on one chart and other chart start moving (so it moves to the history where the cursor is hovering).

1. Make sure you do not have Tools >> Synchronize Charts enabled. 2. So you are saying the commission value gets cleared from time to time? Not sure this is relevant, but install the latest version of Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. There might have been a problem in the version you are running with the handling of Symbol Settings. If so, this should be resolved. 1. I just found out myself. But why the hell keeps Sierra reseting my settings. I never checked this setting. I am 100% sure. 2. I am running the latest version. |

1. You must have. Sierra Chart is not going to automatically enable this. There is 0% chance of that. 2. So you are saying the commission value in Global Symbol Settings gets reset from time to time? 1. I don´t understand how it could be possible, because it is in the tool section, where I don´t enter normally. But I am not going to argue. 2. Yes, exactly. I tried to figure out when this happens but I have no idea. The updating process to newer SC doesn´t influence this. |

2. OK we will have to have a closer look into this and see what could be causing it.
