Different Data for NG

Hi, I'm a client with CQG and I'm using Sierra Charts to display the data.

The data seems to have changed recently, and I'm not sure what is going on. Over the weekend, a few weeks back, the price data for NG changed, and the charts are no longer the same. I distinctly remember CQG's and Sierra's price data looking like the patterns seen on TradingView's NG data. However, all I see now using Sierra and CQG, is the data displayed differently - with April 2nd's low being the same as June 25ths.
The easiest way to tell that the data is different, is noticing that the low on April 2nd is the same as the low on June 25th. CQG and Sierra display these lows as a double bottom, whereas Trading view displays the June 25th low as a lower low.
I know for certain, that the low on April 2nd was above the June 25th low, and that CQG and SC did show this. Now however, they do not.
Can someone help make sense of this problem?

Here is a chart of Trading View's NG data.

I hope you folks over at support can help make sense of what is going on.
Thank you for reading, and for your help.

I also just wrote to CQG, and they referred me to speak with Sierra.
Below is a chart they showed me which displays what they are seeing for NG.
Again, thank your for all your help.

Hey SC masters - I see that you have transferred this thread into a user discussion. Can you tell me why?
Sierra is still not displaying the data the way it should be, and I am not sure why, or what to do about it.
I've been here with you since the beginning, and I still remember being able to call support by phone.
Might I be able to call you? Have you seen this problem before? Your help is much appreciated!
Thank you,
-100

We apologize. The way this is presented is too involved and involves comparisons to other programs and also has external links.

We have two approach it differently.

First, do not use one of the back adjustment Continuous Contract options:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Continuous Futures Contract Rollover Options

Set the chart to display the rollover date so you know what contract month you are looking at each bar:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Displaying Rollover Transition Times and Contract Months

And then re-download the data following the instructions here:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data

Be sure to follow the mandatory step.

And then if you still have a problem, choose one particular date you are looking where there is a problem and why the bar is wrong as compared to the data from the CME.

Hey Sierra support - This is the futures data (continuous contract, date based rollover)
that I am seeing for CQG's Nat Gas (NGE).

Is this the data that you are seeing on your end?
Why is this data drastically different from TradingView's data?

I believe this links to Tradingview's NG symbol data.

As an aside - I thought I should bring up the issue that I cannot load more than 30 days worth of the current and next front month contract (that is, without a continuous contract rollover).
Might the fact that I can only load 30 days of the current front month, have something to do with my limited range of vision? Pic related...

When you post an image of the chart, make sure you enable Chart >> Show Rollover Dates. Can you enable this and repost the image.

The first image shows rollover dates, because it is a continuous contract.
The second image is not a continuous contract, and does not show rollover dates.

Any help you can send/give toward understanding how to fix how the data is being displayed is greatly appreciated!

We are not seeing any issue with the data or the charts that you have shown. We see the same data and results when using the rollover options you are using with our Data Feed.

We cannot say why they do not match up with Trading View. That is not something we can spend time on, as there are too many variables to consider in how they are displaying the data.
