Urgent!! No real-time update in my 2nd computer instance after upgrade to v2130

I have 2 computer running 2 SC instance. Computer A subscribed SC Data service and the other Computer B get the data from A with DTC substance. So far has no problem till this week, SC force to upgrade to v2130. Computer B can connect to Computer A for historical data only but no real-time data. Pls help to solve it.

Yes this does make sense and the reason for the update is to ensure compliance with exchange rules. Exchanges are very tight with data and we cannot allow real-time data to be transferred off of a computer. It must remain only on the same computer.

The Hong Kong exchange is no exception.

Moreover, Computer B show "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information Market data request from remote computer not allowed" even I get the same data which show no problem in computer A.

Do u mean the DTC substance can only support local computer only. No more "Local Subnet" and "Any IP". If yes, can I subscribe one more real-time connection? From the "Account control panel", it said I need to apply with separate account. What I need to input in the account so that SC can distinguish it is separate account. May I apply for 3rd,4th.. connection to enjoy 50% discount? Do the 50% discount include Exchange fee as well?

I have already added the additional system active till 8/3. For your such upgrade, the 2nd and 3rd system became meaningless. Can I get 3rd or 4th discounted account? Will you refund the additional system to me?

We are sorry, but we do not understand what you have done. What do you mean that you have "added the additional system active till 8/3"?

And then what is it that you want a refund for?

In order to get the HKFE on a second computer, you will need to have a second Sierra Chart Account that also has the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active on it with the HKFE exchange. We can then discount the cost of that 2nd account by 50%.

We will need to know the name of the second account that you create so we can assign the discount to it properly.

Why do you need a 3rd and 4th discounted accounts? You had originally posted about the need for 2 computer, so we are also confused on this topic.
