Your trial ended on July 5, 2020. If you wish to continue to use Sierra Chart, then you will need to add funds to your account and select a Service Package.

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

You can also go to this page in your browser:

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update" button.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:

Thank you for attaching the email. We see what happened.

We have a process that checks when new trials are activated to see if the user has already had a trial. In your case, it appears that there was a trial account used previously, but had not used the full 15 days of time. Therefore, 7 days were removed from your trial to account for the previous time used.

We have gone ahead and given you back the 7 days of usage time starting from today. Our apologies for the confusion.
