I have data missing from midnight (EST) till I have logged in (6:25 ish am). I have had this problem before and did the "delete all data and Download" and selected all the data and still have same issue? First time I have ever had this issue even when I deleted and downloaded. Help

I use SIM data from CTS to power my charts on Sierra Charts. I have a Live CTS T4 Platform that I use for my actual trading and clear through Dorman. I use the CTS SIM to match my LIVE to read off each other. My live has all the data price points from midnight to when I logged in this and (for CBOT and CME but my Eurex data is fine on SIM) I have missing data on my charts from Midnight to when I logged in on my Sierra Charts. As mentioned I did the Delete All Data and Download (this usually fixes this) but in this case still not working...I have gaps in data on SIM but zero gaps in Data on Live? Help
