Hello : Would you kindly check for me why I do not have access to DOM depth of market data ? I renewed and paid like 8 hours ago. I am supposed to have denali package 5 and full CME products. Regards, Vladimir

First thing to try is the Force Login option to make sure that your authorizations are all updated on your local system. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login If you still have a problem after that, then please select File >> Open Market Depth Window for the symbol for which you are having a problem and let us know if you see the full depth of market there or not.
