Denali + rithmic integration

Hello

this is my 2nd month and when I connect to rithmic with Denali data integration, I no longer see the "M" in my instruments. I tried going to global settings and updating symbols but nothing is fixing it. Any help is appreciated. I did the once a month connect to live account for 10s prior to connecting to Denali again.

This would mean that you are not actually connecting to a known live funded trading account.

Same problem here. I paper trade with an evaluation service (Earn2Trade)using Rythmic and have live accounts through AMP and Future Path that I log into daily. I have logged in to R Trader but still see the same message.

How can I get the trading evaluation service working again (Earn2Trade)? It stopped working today. I am also asking them for help today.

I do understand you do not like these services or the Rythmic data feed and that you are working on alternatives. Thank you! I also understand you do have your own simulation account options which is great. However, what are your suggestions on funding once a goal is met? In the end, that is really the only thing these services provide IMO.

There must be a better way....I am definitely open and looking forward to a better and less expensive solution! In the meantime, I will open an SC simulation account to track progress and develop an auditable track record.

Connecting to any paper trading type of account on Rithmic will not authorize CME data.

We have done nothing to prevent Rithmic connectivity. If there are problems, we really do not know why there is an issue. This has always been an ongoing frustration with Rithmic.

However, what are your suggestions on funding once a goal is met?
Over time, we will provide more information and ideas in this regard. Our first priority is to get the millisecond time stamping done and historical market depth data serving and then we are going to focus back on this.
