Hi,

My balance was low so my data feed subscription dropped. I topped up my account and re-activated my data feed. Just would like to make sure that I did the correct thing as now I see two payments one $20 and the other $30. Maybe I have over-subscribed to something I don't need? I would like to make sure that my subscriptions are exactly the same way they were before the cancellation. Could you please help me double check this?

Thanks,
M.B.

You have activated the correct items and the Denali Exchange Data Feed is as it was before.

The two payments are for the data feed itself ($25.00 USD per month) and the other is for the exchange fee ($31.20 USD per month).

Thank yo very much for the answer. One final question, when I scan for $MSFT, where that historical data would come from? My Interactive Brokers data feed or SC's own data feed (I know it will not come through Denali as NASDAQ stocks are NOT on that feed)?

Right now I have IB and Denali. But I guess there must be some kind of SC data in the mix as well?

For consistent and reliable and complete US stock data you need to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service:
Sierra Chart Historical Data Service

And you need to have a separate installation of Sierra Chart for this.

Or you need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with Interactive Brokers:

It says:

The Sierra Chart Historical Data Service is included with the Standard and Advanced Sierra Chart Service Packages.

So how come it is not included with my subscription? I'm already subscribed to the Advanced version of SC and a data feed, what else I need to subscribe to for historical stocks data (NASDAQ stocks particularly)?

We do not understand the question. What is the basis of the question? Did you follow through the instructions here?:

What step are you having a problem with?

Apologies, let me be a bit more clear, the question is: With my current subscriptions, can I access historical data for any NASDAQ stocks?

You said that I need some other SC version for that? This is the bit I'm confused about. I would like to be able to scan through historical (1d) or intraday historical (delayed intraday data) for NASDAQ stocks.

Yes you can but you just need to install a separate installation of Sierra Chart. This is all explained here:
Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: Setup Instructions

Just make sure you have a separate installation that is not using Interactive Brokers. It needs to be completely separate to avoid complications.
