Hi, I had a few questions since i was unable to find this information elsewhere, 1) Do I have to pay for the SC Order Routing service to pay for Simulated trading fills? Or is the SC Order Routing service just for real live trading fills? 2) What do i have to do to no longer pay for the SC Order Routing service, since i noticed it is costs an extra $10. I cant seem to find a cancel button for that service. 3) Do I have to add credits to my sierra account every month? or will i automatically be billed for whatever fees i owe? How would i set up the automatic billing if i wanted to? |

Hi, I uploaded a picture. It says that i need to pay $64, for the advanced package + the Denali Data feed, but then at the bottom it says i need to pay $74. What is the extra $10 for and how do i remove it? Thanks |

Okay we think the reason for the extra amount to be requested to be added is an extra credit to allow for order fill fees. If you are not trading there is no cost. The order fill cost is .10 per contract per fill.

So if i am not trading live through Sierra, then i dont have to worry about the extra charge? I can just add in $64 of credit? I intend to place my trades through a different platform.
