Hi, I had a few questions since i was unable to find this information elsewhere, 1) Do I have to pay for the SC Order Routing service to pay for Simulated trading fills? Or is the SC Order Routing service just for real live trading fills? 2) What do i have to do to no longer pay for the SC Order Routing service, since i noticed it is costs an extra $10. I cant seem to find a cancel button for that service. 3) Do I have to add credits to my sierra account every month? or will i automatically be billed for whatever fees i owe? How would i set up the automatic billing if i wanted to?
