Unable to connect to data

Good morning support, i hope you are having a good day. Can you please help me connect, today i came in and all my global settings were blank. I reentered username and password and firm and it continues to say "waiting to reconnect". I am using CTS T4 FIX Data. Thank you for your help.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Select File >> Connect to Data Feed.

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

There may be an issue with your computer's clock setting. Make sure it is set correctly:
