Hi, I am a bit confused concerning the data feed here.

The Real-Time Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is discontinued from 07/2020 and replaced by Denali Exchange Data Feed?

And since Denali doesn't work with Interactive Brokers I won't be able to use a combination of Sierra Chart + any of your real time data feeds + Interactive Brokers for intraday NQ / ES futures trading?

Thanks for clarifying,

P.

This is completely untrue. We are not sure why you come to that conclusion.

You can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with Interactive Brokers. Instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

We are phasing out the CME Group data on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and gradually moving everyone that is getting only that particular exchange to the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Since the CME data is the only exchange you are getting from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, then you will not notice any changes and it will not make any difference with regards to your connecting to Interactive Brokers.

Ok, so if I want to trade any CME product (e.g. NQ, ES) I need to go for Denali Exchange Data Feed and if I want to trade stocks on NYSE market for instance I need to have Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed?

If I want to do both, I need to subscribe both data feeds. Am I correct?

Yes, you have your information correct.

In addition, for any month in which you have both the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active, you will receive a $12.00 USD credit to your account.
